You have two choices about how to download the required packages to install Bongo. You may either download the RPMs and install them manually; or you can add a Bongo repository to YaST or SMART.

Packages are available for SUSE 10.0 through to openSUSE 10.2 and SUSE Linux Enterprise 10, for both i586 and x86_64 architectures.

- openSUSE 10.3: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- openSUSE Factory(11.0): i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs

Un-Stable (Snapshot of SVN trunk & Experimental builds )

If you wish to manually install the packages, use the following:
rpm -ivh <package-name>.rpm
To upgrade manually, use the following:
rpm -Uvh <package-name>.rpm
Once you have installed Bongo, you must then install a webserver if you do not already have one installed. If you do, then you may continue on to configuring Bongo.

You can add Bongo into either YaST, ZMD, SMART or Yum. For detailed information on how to add a repository to YaST please see the openSUSE Wiki. The repositories are:
