You have two choices about how to download the required packages to install Bongo. You may either download the RPMs and install them manually; or you can add a Bongo repository to YaST or SMART.

Download packages
Packages are available for openSUSE 11.1, 11.2, 11.3, and SLE 11, 11 SP1, for both i586 and x86_64 architectures.
Stable
- openSUSE 11.0: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- openSUSE 11.1: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
Un-Stable (Snapshot of SVN trunk & Experimental builds )
- openSUSE 11.1: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- openSUSE 11.2: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- openSUSE 11.3: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- SLE 11: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
- SLE 11 SP1: i586 RPMs - x86_64 RPMs
If you wish to manually install the packages, use the following:
rpm -ivh <package-name>.rpm
To upgrade manually, use the following:
rpm -Uvh <package-name>.rpm
Once you have installed Bongo, you must then install a webserver if you do not already have one installed. If you do, then you may continue on to configuring Bongo.
YaST / ZMD / SMART / Yum repositories
You can add Bongo into either YaST, ZMD, SMART or Yum. For detailed information on how to add a repository to YaST please see the openSUSE Wiki. The repositories are:
